​1/2 lb jumbo shrimp
1 Ib fresh Asparagus
2 cloves minced garlic
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Dried basil

Preheat oven to 375°

Cut about an inch off the asparagus ends, rinse and season with salt, pepper, Extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice. Place on baking pan and bake at 375° for about 15 minutes until tender.

Season peeled deveined shrimp with salt, pepper and dried basil

Lightly oil skillet with Extra virgin olive oil and bring to med high heat. Add shrimp, cook for a minute on each side. Add minced garlic, lemon slices and fresh cracked pepper, cook another minute then remove from heat.​
